She can not open or close any door without yanking it open before the knob is completely turned open and can't close it by turning the knob to be quiet, or without banging it into the door jam. Her room and bathroom are one room down the tiled hall from our bedroom. All day and night she will go out of her room, into her bathroom, out of her bathroom, into her room no less than (not kidding, have counted them daily) 15 - 20 every day and night. We purchased some items for the door handle mechanisms but still had some noise because we have hollow core doors. These strips are so thin and "squishy" they do not impede the closing of the door in any way! They adhere to the door strongly, but can easily be moved if need be. Once I had them placed on the doors needed, woolah!!! There was absolutely no more noise! She bangs to her hearts content and can't make any noise to disturb the rest of the household.
