Took care of my Dry Eye
One capsule a day is all I needed. Was able to discontinue my expensive Rx eyedrops. Still use one vial of regular saline eyedrops a day (they're a little dry at night). This would be a blockbuster drug except natural herbs etc can't be patented. FYI I had pretty bad dry eye for years before I discovered this! Highly recommend.

A good supplement to help dry eyes
I have been taking this for about a year. Sometimes I buy the singles, sometimes 2 in a pack. I take it first thing every morning with coffee. It has really helped with dry eyes n I have recommended to others. Take as instructed and stick to it for results. Based on research, I read that it can lower blood sugar, so if you are diabetic on insulin use with caution. Don't want sugar levels dropping too low. A good supplement for dry eyes!!
