If you remove the guard it will fit but is a little dangerous. I use them on Makita 4 1/2 18 volt cordless grinders a lot

No, they are flat. These are cutoff wheels, the bell shape is a type 45 for grinding on the face. These wheels are intended for cut off only, from the edge, no face grinding

Will these work on a 3/4 arbor?

They are 7/8 arbor. If your angle grinder is not 7/8 you will need a center nut that adapts to your size
