The cap fits perfectly to my head and elastic and pull string will make it fit large and small heads. It is very comfortable to wear, especially the satin in the front forehead area. The material is of excellent quality though I am not sure if it is cotton. The stitching is double and strong. The design is basic, but serves it purpose. There is a draw string, elastic for stretching in the back, buttons for hold the mask, and fits perfectly around the head. Does not come down too much, but does not leave hair exposed. I'm a big guy with a big ol noggin to match and these scrub caps fit my large dome perfectly! They make wearing a mask for 12+ hours so much more bearable and they have two buttons to adjust how tight you want your mask to be. Even if you don't have a big ol head like I do, you can adjust the size of these scrub caps to better suit your needs. I have the navy blue and cactus pairs as well as the ECG rhythms in the black and white. The only real big issue I have with these caps is the ECG rhythms in that they're not rhythms at all unless your patient is going into coarse V-Fib or something, but if you can look past this little imperfection these caps are super comfy and very well priced. I've communicated with the sellers and they're very nice people to do business with and they have very high quality materials. I’ve purchased a bunch of scrub caps, but these are the most comfortable. Buy these scrub caps, it'll make those 12+ hours in a mask much more comfortable!

I loved that there are 2 buttons to hold the mask’s string and really fits well on my head. I don’t look like having a big head on it. Though It would better if the cloth is thicker. I am just not sure how protective it is on keeping my hair clean cause I feel like particles or splashes will easily be absorbed because of how thin it is but maybe the reason for it is for it to be breathable for my hair or head. But still I am more of into leaning towards protecting my hair from all of particles or splashes of pt’s body fluids. If there is such thing as waterproof haircover, I would loved that.

Nice and love the buttons for the mask so ears will not get hurt. Inside liner feels good for the hair. Will order more do I don’t have to wash everyday

This scrub cap is very well designed as the two buttons keep the mask loops from touching your ears. It is very well fabricated with quality materials, not stretchy. The satin inside feels good against your skin and makes the cap feel more substantial. It is very comfortable to wear all day. It is a good shape so there isn’t a bunch of extra fabric in the cap. The tie is sturdy, perfect for a low bun. Highly recommend this scrub cap.

Love the fabric and color but these fit small and I think I have an average size head. They barely fit over my head without being uncomfortable, if they were a little bigger it would be much better. 3 stars due to size.

Unlike lots of scrubcaps that bubble up placed or are too thing, these are great material, with soft sweat band in the front. The double buttons for double masking at my dental office is perfect! I get lots of compliments, I'd definitely buy again!

The ones with the ponytail, run large around the head. I should fold in the sides where my ears are, but considering that loud noises tend to irritate me, having that extra fabric should help me, so I probably won’t fold it.
