Simple. Easy.
This product is a really good product if your looking for DIY products. I am building myself an RC boat powered by solar, which charges the battery so that if a the sun doesn’t shine as bright, I can relay on the battery.

VERY tight fit!
The standard "C" batteries are gripped so tightly by the molded case' "fingers" that they sometimes don't make a good contact with the electrical contacts. The -ve contact "springs" aren't powerful enough to push them onto the +ve "button" contacts. If you manually slide them with enough force to firmly contact the buttons the springs will maintain tension though.
