Cinnamon and vanilla are the most basic of flavors, but it's surprising how often they go wrong, especially in coffee. This coffee gets it right! There are subtle but genuine-tasting cinnamon and vanilla notes in each sip. The coffee itself is pretty mellow and tasty as well, especially considering it's freeze-dried. I would definitely buy this again.
