Good Valerian Root
I use Valerian Root almost every night to help me fall asleep. It always relaxes me and helps me to doze off. I have been using it for years without any side effects. I do like the Vitamatic company, they have some of the best deals and I turst their supplements. This bottle has 240 capsules in it and will last awhile, and it didn't cost that much compared to some of the other ones.

Works like a charm
I have been struggling with sleep issues for years and I've tried them all, from supplements to prescriptions. This, this! works. It takes a bit of time to kick in, but once it does I am out for the count. I can even fall back asleep after middle of the night tinkle runs. Woo hoo! Caution: Read up on it before you start using it. It has some side affects that can possibly cause problems. I'm not personally experiencing any yet, but just started taking it a couple of weeks ago. If anything weird transpires, I'll update this review. Update: I just had bloodwork done and my SGOT/ast number was off the roof. Taking this is the only change in supplements since my last tests, so I researched and found valerian root has been known to cause liver issues. Seeing a doctor in 2 days, will come back with update after talking to him and getting off this supplement.

Helps me to fall asleep faster most of the time.
I usually take 2 caps but now seem a little less effective, so I started taking 3. I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing that might be effecting the results.

Split on this one between just some HCI (Sleep-ALL or...ZZZ quil/Generic). I kinda feel like it does make me sleep better..but I'm not sure how to judge it. I "FEEL" like it helps-- on the other hand did the other HCI Sleep stuff just work? I'll do a 4* because it didn't harm me, and I did feel like I slept good-- was it cuz of this? I dunno... but it didn't hurt/harm. I feel like it did-- but I'm just a consumer, not a doctor. I "FEEL" like it did help-- not saying like 100% ... maybe.... I mean, its not fair to put a %, but if I was pressed.... 5-10%? I don't think I "needed" it, but I think it helped, not a life saver..but-- i THINK its helped... again, as a consumer, not a doctor and no actual way of proving anything... I would say-- if the other OTC stuff isn't working (mine kinda "worse off") ... try it? Price ain't bad... yeah, a gamble...and NO don't take my work for it... Just saying is SEEMED to help.... I dunno if a 3,4, or 5 star is worthy... so I'm doing 4. And-- sleep is no joke, and there's no simple cure. I'm only saying, it FELT like it helped... (so does a lot of ther things). So... is, what it is. It MIGHT help. Cheap enough to try (if you're like me, and sleep is $$)... And if you find better--- MSG ME!!

Great supplement for sleep
I have horrible insomnia, and am need of a little extra melatonin and valerian root at night to help me sleep. I love that this one pill, and more of a concentrate. I really do feel like this truly helps me relax at night with my melatonin to go to sleep. No side effects for me. My sleep has been so much better since starting two weeks ago.

Works great, it puts me to sleep as needed. I will buy it again, as it is a good value and works for relaxation and sleep. It has that valerian smell, which is normal; that's how you may know it is the real plant.

I TAKE. CARE OF A PERSON who has serious sleep problems, this VALARIAN is the best....I come from a medical background & will just mention that when taking VALARIAN it should be limited to 3 days a week (can be problematic with kidney function if taken more than 3 days/week

Great sleep!!
They put me to sleep15 minutes after taking them and I have the best night sleep. A good 7/8 hours. Love these tablets. ❤️❤️

These are exceptional, both in actual results and value. I’d been taking blackmores for years but was finding it harder and harder to get my hands on These are twice as strong and a third of the price. A wonderful product
