Great indoor camera when you don't have electrical outlets or wiring.
We wanted eyes on our storefront at all times but didn't have a way to use wired cameras. A friend suggested Blink and our electrician agreed it was as good a choice as he could provide. 2 screws to secure the bracket to the corner walls near the ceiling and a super easy set up in the app. Love the clarity of the picture, even at night. My one wish is that you could time the notifications - i.e. Notify me from 8p-8a. I need to arm the cameras 24/7 but I don't really want daytime notifications going off when there is traffic in my store. The only solution is to turn off notifications in my phone settings when I don't want it, and try to remember to turn them back on at closing time. Still a 5 star product even with the annoyance of too many notifications due to motion around the cameras - they perform as advertised and the picture quality is better than expected.

Reliable- easy to set up and use
I’m not the most tech savvy person but I was able to set this up, batteries and all and have used every day since. Pic is clear enough for me to see what I need to see. I have an elderly person that I want to keep an eye on while I’m at work. This is perfect. The audio is good also- turns out the cat howls and perimeter checks the house all night! Who knew?!?

ALMOST perfect
These cameras are great...but: The masking feature appears amazing, but after days of trying to dial in the recording zones and adjusting the sensitivity, I'm still not sold on its ability to detect a human snooping around my back door vs the cats that constantly walk along my patio. There seems to be a HUGE drop off between sensitivity setting 2 and 3. I've even tested it out in person, but it's better than nothing. HATE that I now have to pay for saved recordings (my old system was grandfathered in but that's at another location), but what's the point of having a security camera if you cannot actually save the recordings?? Other than that, awesome product!

Great camera for the price
I’ve had these over a year now and my experience has been mostly positive. The picture is clear and sound is good. They are easy to install, just screw them in anywhere as long as it can reach the Wi-Fi. I have one camera approximately 20 yards away from Wi-Fi router on the edge of my garage, with just 1 bar of connection the camera always works with clear picture. The only problem I have with them is the battery life. Really not good, especially if you have the camera on a high traffic area. There are specific batteries to buy that will give it better life but I still find myself changing them a lot more than I’d like. Any regular battery won’t last more than a week. You can adjust the sensitivity of the cameras so they’re not recording all the time, but then it won’t pick up motion more than a few yards away from the camera. For example, I have a camera facing my back yard. Without having the camera at max sensitivity it will barely pick up things past my porch, but when I turn it up even the wind sets it off constantly killing the batteries. You can hard wire them which would resolve this problem. Sometimes the cameras seem like they’re having some sort of tech issue causing them to record all night long even though there’s no wind or anythjng else that should be setting them off. Over very good camera for the price. Would buy again.

Great for businesses
Once you open a business, you will need to add security. For my small business, I used Blink. The cameras do not take up much space, are easily installed, and have great features to help you block out unwanted areas (high traffic areas), set timers, arm your system from anywhere, and you can speak through the cameras (with a slight 30-second delay, be warned). I love this system and recommend it to business owners, churches, daycare centers, the elderly, and even those who want to secure their pets in the backyard!

Good cameras and much cheaper than going through a company.
Very easy to set up. Images come straight to my phone, so always know if someone is at my house no matter where I am. Indoor and outdoor cameras. Also bought some for my daughter. Much cheaper then paying for a service, although, if electricity is out or wifi off you will wish you had paid for the service.

Great for what I needed
I didn’t need something recording 24/7.. I wanted something that only captured the moment, and I haven’t been disappointed. I’m alerted right away when one of my cameras detects the slightest movement. At that point I can go live and see, hear, and talk to whatever is going on. Installation was a breeze and had everything connected mounted and set up in about 20min.. very pleased with my decision to go with blink. Now let’s hope they last a little while

Worst Customer Service Ever
Cameras aren't that bad, picture quality is ok night vision is decent but I had one of the 4 die after 6 weeks of being installed. IT TOOK DAYS of trying to get through to customer service to finally get a response only to have them say wasn't the camera and contact my internet company for further assistance??! Then 4 days later send me an email stating after further research it was a hardware failure and they would replace it. NOT! .... now wants me to troubleshoot again for the 3rd time to determine if the camera is faulty. It's a perpetual loop of incompetent service techs who read a script while you try to translate the terrible English and comply with the many things they ask you to do. I called Amazon and explained, who gave me a partial refund. Keep in mind Amazon sales this equipment and "warranties it" but not really. I pay for the blink subscription that plainly states ALL CAMERAS are covered for theft or breakdown while the subscription is active. NOT TRUE in my case and it's a "3rd party" based in India who cares less about you or their "guarantee"....... UPDATE: Service dept. Sends me a replacement camera weeks after the initial contact and 2 weeks AFTER I had returned it for the partial refund. Wants me to return the broken one which I don't have any longer...... You can't make this stuff up. If you have read this far I have to say, aside from the terrible customer service the system is nice. I am in a rural area and have Verizon wireless LTE internet (about the speed of slow DSL) the system works fine on it. I would not recommend it just because of the lack of support.
