Just enough heat but not overbearing. Its sweetness was surprising, especially on eggs. I just got the bottle a few days ago and still experimenting with it on different foods. So far its been good on almost everything I've tried it on. Ill definitely be buying more!

With the addition of gochujang, Weak Knees has created by far my favorite sriracha sauce!! Seriously, so delicious. I always have a bottle on hand. The versions I've found from Weak Knees are normal, super hot and a curry. All good. They also have an amazing hot honey. Enjoy. Highly Recommended!

I eat a lot of Huy Fong foods Sriracha, the classic on with green top. This Weak Knees was fine, it has an okay flavor but there is nearly no spiciness to it Because there is no heat, because the flavor is just fine and because the price is a little higher than I think it should be It gets 4 stars.

This! Period full stop. If you want to enjoy something actually spicy and not lament taking a bite this is the move. It's flavorful and amazing on potstickers and chicken and rice. It's enough to notice a bit after and while it won't disappoint on heat it also won't make you think about taking another bite. It's flavor and you can tell they thought about where to draw a line when making Sriracha. I would load my fried rice and ramen and now I can just do a nice big dabble and feel great. I mean making lines on top and mixing and I'm good, I don't hit it again for flavor I'm happy as is. Hope this helps

With the ongoing Huy Fong sriracha shortage reaching crisis levels and running out of the stuff at home, I had to begin seeking out alternatives and gave this one a try. The flavor itself is excellent. It's also a different flavor than the famous brand we all know - deeper and more earthy/complex with more sweetness to it - and not quite as "bright" for lack of a better way to put it. But "super spicy" it is not - it is definitely a more tame heat than the HF brand. If you're a chilehead seeking powerful heat or a hotter version of HF, you will be disappointed. I also wouldn't call this a true substitute for HF flavor-wise (to be fair, it's not trying to be an exact copy). But if you're looking for a tasty, albeit different alternative to the rooster or prefer a milder heat level, it's good stuff. I will admit that I like heat, hence the 3-stars, but it's a 5-star choice for the right person!

This sauce is amazing. My original purchase was as a gift at work. Everyone that tried it loved it and have purchased their own bottles. Great flavor with just a hint of heat. Love it!

We wanted to finally try Sriracha sauce after years of hearing about it, but alas, there is a critical shortage right now. So we researched what folks were using as an alternative. This product stood out. Now that we've tried this, we don't want to try the original anymore. This sauce has enough heat for us (apparently Sriracha is hotter), and a depth of flavor we enjoy. It will be used on all of the things we used to put Tapatio on.
