Magpul M-LOK Tape Switch Mounting Plate Surefire ST , Black

I bought this after I tried another one I bought. This one works great and is made for the sure fire ST07 tape switch. It’s perfect. I don’t normally do reviews but had to make sure for this one. Works great. Way better than other ones on Amazon.

Does what it’s supposed to

I have a number of GI "bulk" Surefire tape switches. These aren't the ST models and aren't built to the same standards. They all have varying dimensions. Anyway, I took a gamble and tried the MAG617 and wasn't disappointed. One of my switches fit just fine. The other is a bit longer but would probably fit with a little bit of Dremel work. The mounting plate attached to the M-Lock interface just fine, and the pressure pad is slightly recessed but still very accessible. No adjustments to either the switch or the plate was necessary for this one.

Another solid product from Magpul. And it makes it so much cheaper to use the basic Surefire tape switch.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Held my switch on my rifle for a year. Worked great even for non magpul switches

I love these Mounting plates for the Surefire ST Remote Tape switches. It makes the tape switch easy to remove and use on other guns without the need for the adhesive Velcro strips that come with the switch.

A little pricey, but good enough for my needs. I'm using it to mount my tape switch on my shotgun. If it holds up here, it will last on any weapon base. I will report back later if issues arise. Recommended.

This was a perfect fix for my lazer on my 300 black out, made from plastic ,I wish they would make one with a stronger material but this is WAY better price than any of the sure fire or and other cord/ button holder out there. In my opinion it's the best available thing buy simply because there is very little selection.
