does it come with a flux capacitor?

They no longer include ANY “Flux Capacitor(s)” in a stock or modified version these days. They do, however, include “Piston Return Springs” in every current stock model and the Upgraded models have Ceramic Springs for less friction! Yeah yeah

Does it come with a painted body?

Yes, it is a colored body. In my case red. You only can overpaint it from the outside if you want. Not like the transparent bodies which are painted from the inside. Hope this was helpful.
