This bottle arrives less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves. If used as directed the bottle will last one month, so I'd prefer they put in two months' worth, or they could use a smaller bottle.The expiration date on mine is Nov 2027, so about 3.5 years from now.There is a light earthy scent to the capsules with a slightly stronger taste, which doesn't last. They are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says GMP-certified, and the support blend is organic. The product page says non-GMO and manufactured in the USA.I also look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones lately. Premier Research Labs is one of my most trusted supplement companies - actually it's probably my most-trusted one. Their prlabs site is functional, informative, and has a working phone number. They manufacture, rather than outsourcing it, and use quality ingredients (like P5P for their Vit B6 instead of the synthetic pyridoxine HCL that most other companies use) without fillers (like the magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide that most other companies use). It's a proprietary blend, so they don't tell you amounts you get of each ingredient (something I'm not usually a fan of), but you get five different plant-based ingredients, four of which I've seen as standalone supplements. So, I think this is an interesting supplement to take if you have a need for Vitamin B-6 and also for general health, though I don't know what effect(s) these might have. I haven't noticed anything either way. I do think Premier Research is a good brand, and I trust their quality and formulas.
