Cometí el error de ponerlo a hervir! , no hagan eso solo es calentar en agua para que se pueda amoldar comodamente a tu boca, lo llevo usando una semana y noto que el dolor de las mañanas ha disminuido. Obviamente no es lo mismo que una de dentista pero 350 euros por este precio preferí experimentar.... además vienen 6. Veremos cuanto dura la primera. pero hasta el momento bastante contenta. Además viene con un estuche negro muy bonito

Me parece un muy buen producto, apenas llevo 4 días usandolo, te tardas un poco en acostumbrarte ya que no es tan delgado como yo quisiera pero aun asi no te molesta.
