Will this product fill balding spots on a woman's head?

This is a product for thickening hair and it does that beautifully. If you want to fill in balding spots there is a product that has a powder you apply to the areas or a spray that contains little hairs that cover those spots nicely. The only one I know of right now is called CABOKI.
