amazing and instant recovery, no bloating
I am not a body builder, but after 4-6 hours of working in the back yard, cutting vines, grass, shrubs, vines, etc., my back, shoulders, thighs from squatting are sore and takes days to recover, and I'm in my forties. I take half or full serving of this, and instant recovery , much aster than taking protein powder or magnesium. and no stomach ache or bloating like normal creatine, and no waiting for it to take effect. it is a bit sour, but that taste is well worth the benefits

Creatine hcl powder
Con-Cert Creatine HCL Powder is a top-tier supplement for anyone looking to enhance their workout performance. The HCL (Hydrochloride) form of creatine is known for being more soluble and easier on the stomach compared to traditional creatine monohydrate, which is a major plus for those who may experience bloating or discomfort from other creatine products. The powder mixes easily with water and has a clean, neutral taste, making it simple to add to your pre- or post-workout routine. After using Con-Cert Creatine HCL, I noticed a significant improvement in my strength, endurance, and recovery time. It helps push me through intense training sessions without the excess water retention often associated with creatine.Overall, Con-Cert Creatine HCL Powder delivers on its promises. It’s effective, gentle on the stomach, and convenient to use. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost their performance without the usual drawbacks of creatine.

Great quality & taste for the price
Great product and taste is great! Not gritty at all. Trust this company because of it being the only creatine manufacturer in the United States. Would definitely recommend to my fitness & nutrition clients.

Verdict - creatine works well, but doesn't taste great
I take a lot of vitamins every morning - including the capsule version of this same creatine.I decided this time around to switch it up and try the drinkable form - I figured I could use it to take my other vitamins, and get some hydration in. I went for the lime, since it usually hides other flavors pretty well and I like tart citrus. It mixed well and dissolves easily, with no clumps using just a spoon. It might be because I am doing 3 spoonfuls for my serving size, but it tastes a little like a melted lime freezer pop with a major medicinal after taste and I wasn't a big fan after drinking it for a few days.Taste is subjective so I can't knock it too much, and I know the creatine works after taking it in the other form daily for 6 months or so.Will probably try another flavor once I'm done with this tub, but just continuing taking the capsules might actually be easier (and cheaper)

Mixed Taste but Effective Performance
I recently incorporated the CON-CRET Patented Creatine HCl Powder into my workout routine, and while the taste left something to be desired, the results were certainly worth it. Here's my take on this workout supplement: Let's address the elephant in the room first—the taste. The Lemon-Lime flavor was not exactly a palate-pleaser. In fact, it had a strong and somewhat chalky taste that made it a bit of a challenge to choke down. For me though, the taste of a supplement is a minor concern when considering overall effectiveness. Now, onto the good stuff. CON-CRET's Creatine HCl Powder delivers when it comes to performance. I noticed significant benefits in terms of recovery and muscle pump during my workouts. It helped me push through my sessions with a bit more intensity and recover more quickly between sets. This is particularly beneficial for individuals looking to maximize their gains and reduce soreness. One of the standout features of this supplement is its creatine hydrochloride (HCl) formulation. This form of creatine is known for its increased solubility and bioavailability, which means that you should be able to achieve better results with smaller doses. I found that this made the powder easy to mix, even if it didn't improve the taste. Post-workout, I got a really good pump going, which all my gym bros will know is a good feeling. It improved my overall workout experience and left me feeling more satisfied with my training sessions. So, if you can look past the taste, you'll find that this supplement can be a valuable addition to your workout regimen, helping you achieve better results and a more satisfying post-workout experience.

Arthritic, menopausal, & legally geriatric
Menopause Karen, here, and this is what I think so far:Got the pineapple flavor and IDK why everyone is whining about the taste. It tastes like what I imagine pineapple Kool-Aid to taste like. It's totally palatable, so drink, don't taste, if your taste buds are that bougie. Surprise that I wasn't expecting: you don't have to stir it.Effects on my energy:TBD for the long term. I work night shift and will be using this and re-evaluate if it helps me through the night. That being said, I have arthritis in my hips, my right piriformis acts up when I walk too much, and I get medial and lateral epicondylitis. I've been walking 5 miles a day lately and have aching joints. Drank this creatinine the night that I got it. The next morning, NO PAIN. I was STUNNED. And no water weight gain. So far, so good. Now for everyone boo-hooing about the size and the price. Yeah, it's a small container but did you not see the tiniest, cutest little scoop inside? Seems to me it's proportional. You don't need a heaping scoop for the effects. Tsk... stop complaining.Cons: I do feel a little more bloated than normal, but it's not unbearable. It also may be b/c I haven't been out walking yet today.

HCl > monohydrate
This is a great product. I have been using creatine monohydrate for a while and stopped do to bloating. Don’t get that at all with the HCl. And this is clean! Great product.

Good taste, economical
Does taste a bit tart, but I just add extra water. I like how I only need one tiny scoop for a serving. I also like how the ingredients are clean, and minimal. No upset stomach, dissolves easily, good value for money.I definitely have found my new creatine.I got the pineapple flavor this time, will be trying out a different flavor next time.
