2020 Apple MacBook Air with Apple M1 Chip 8-Core GPU (13-inch, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD) Silver (Renewed)

I was looking for a Mac to purchase for some entry-level music creation, mixing, production, etc - but also looking for something to just have for typical portable computing things I would find pretty inconvenient on a smartphone. Never owned a Mac before, so the choice fatigue was REAL. I purchased the 512GB storage, 8GB RAM model, and so far it is perfect for what I need. I have high standards for technology and performance, being in the IT field, and this laptop knocks it out of the park. The performance for what you pay for is incredible (and that's not to say this laptop is a budget system). The M1 chip more than keeps up with my audio workflows, multiple applications open, etc. MacOS is so optimized and balanced that you would never notice this device has 8GB of RAM. Initially I returned my first refurbished M1 air and got the new M3 air because I wasn't fully aware of what it was capable of. After using the M3 air for about a week, I realized it was actually TOO overpowered for what I am looking to use it for. Returned it, and got this refurbished M1 air. Bottom line, if you need something for light-to-medium creative work with amazing battery life, build quality, and something that just keeps going and going, this is a perfect choice. On to the refurbishing quality. It's perfect. The battery must've been replaced, because it has 100% health, which is awesome to see on a refurb system. The screen is perfect as well. Not even a micro scratch. Keyboard is perfect as well. All around, the system is like brand new. It was either VERY well taken care of by the previous owner, or the components were replaced to make it resellable. Either way, it's perfect in and out. Charger and cable included were aftermarket, however they are similar quality to the original charger, and work exactly the same.

I am SO happy with my MacBook Air from Amazon!! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Setup was super easy, and it synced seamlessly with my other Apple devices. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dependable laptop for business, school, or content creation.

Not apple quality. It came in a random package and charger (not apple official charger), with dust and some scratches. Not sure how do they define “excellent quality - refurbished” but for me it’s far from excellent. Really disappointed.

Need an Mx processor to stay current with MacOS and many applications. This Macbook Air with M1 processor was best price point to get current. The notebook looked like new .

Exactly as described, just a few scratches

Exactly as described. Item in Excellent condition. Good-not great battery life (86%) but still holds up very well. No noticeable dents, dings or physical imperfections to the laptop. All in all very happy.

About one month after the three month return policy passed, a battery health message popped up mentioning a required service of battery is recommended. If you are OK with a few short hours of battery usage before charging then it is not the worst thing in the world, but my concern is how quickly the battery will now last moving forward. The battery cycle is only around 30 times so it is registering as a 'newer' battery, but the performance (time without charging) and computer messages requesting battery service say otherwise.

Casi satisfecho...todo bien con la laptop en sí, unos leves detalles esteticos pero funciona muy bien. Lamentablemente la bateria no dura el tiempo que anhelaria que durase ya que se encuentra al 86% de vida, el cargador que trae se calienta super rapido y recientemente en una reunion de trabajo me di cuenta que el microfono no funciona. Debo conectar via bluethoot unos audifonos para lograr que las personas me logren escuchar.

Morer than excellent condition, MacBook I received is as new... no scuff, scratch,... Power cable is not the original but do the job really well. Battery is 90%lifetime and work for hours... a very good deal, Recommended!

Tenía renuencia habiendo leído otras reseñas, pero estoy encantado. Pila al 100% de su capacidad, muy mínimos detalles estéticos imperceptibles, cargador genérico de buena calidad. Estoy encantado con mi compra.

Tiene algunas abolladuras en los marcos de la pantalla pero no afecta eso en nada y con 91% de vida en bateria
