Review: Black - SIZE UP Go to CZsalus for sizing chart - Black- SIZE UP! Go in the CzSalus website and look at their size chart. The size chart on desertcart had me in a medium. I got them on and they were awful. Did not come all the way up. Crotch 2 inches hanging. They cut my thighs so bad I had major bruising. I tried them for two days then looked on the package. The sizing for the package had me in a XL. Sent back the medium ordered the XL and they fit great. No problems. Feel good. No cutting into legs no bruising. Compression is great. My legs feel good by the end of the day. Would highly recommend - just get the right size.

Black- SIZE UP! Go in the CzSalus website and look at their size chart. The size chart on Amazon had me in a medium. I got them on and they were awful. Did not come all the way up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the cost

I have lipedema and recently went through the journey of massive weight loss (over 100 lbs) and liposuction to remove the diseased fat. These leggings have supported me throughout. Providing supportive comfortablly strong compression. They my body to move fluid, something it struggles to do on its own. They are a bit hard to get on, but that’s because they are good, graduated compression. Order your actual size. They may look insanely small but I promise they stretch good. It does take a bit of time and work to get them on. But they eliminate almost 100% of the lipedema pain. Be prepared to urinate frequently after you have them on, as they get that third spacing fluid out. Very durable and long lasting. I wear compression at least 12 hours a day everyday and have a few pairs of these I rotate out and they have lasted with no issue.
