There are so many options out there I probably spent much more time trying to find the "perfect" one than I should have. Based on the reviews as well as the one piece construction of this mat it seemed to be the best that I could find on Amazon. I wanted to wait a little while before leaving a review to first get used to standing for prolonged periods of time. It seems odd and weak (lol) that's something that would take getting used to, but going from sitting to standing all day there is a bit of difference.Pros:-Construction - One of the main reason I purchased this mat is due to the one piece construction. I saw a lot of the most reviewed mats having the cover material start peeling away after a while so I definitely wanted something constructed a little differently. This mat has really held up. I use it daily for at least 5-8 hours and it looks the same as the day I received it in the mail.Cons:-Comfort - This is the downfall of this mat for me although based on the reviews it seems to only be me experiencing discomfort using this mat so I'm kind of surprised by that. Perhaps others are only using it for very brief periods of time and not hours on end? I was wondering if I just wasn't used to standing at my computer all day so I gave it some time and still nothing has changed. I still find the mat uncomfortable to stand on for more than an hour or so. I just stand on it wearing socks usually and I find this to be uncomfortable after only 30 minutes to an hour, after that amount of time I find myself shifting my feet around a lot due to the discomfort. This is something that hasn't changed since the day I bought it. I can't tell whether or not it's because the mat is too firm or too soft, but think it's too soft. For the record I'm only 150lbs so not exactly a lot of weight to press down on the mat. I asked other users on here if they wear shoes or not while using their mat and seems the vast majority do so I started wearing house shoes while standing on it to see if it made things even better, they did not. It made standing on the mat bearable for a little longer, but still after less than 2 hours of standing on it I would find myself shifting around again due to discomfort. If I stand too long on it I definitely have pain in my knees the next day. I've never used an anti fatigue mat before so I'm not exactly sure what to expect. Perhaps my expectations are too high? With so many overwhelmingly positive reviews I'm pretty shocked that this mat isn't working out for me.I see they allow returns for a full refund if not satisfied so I might look into doing that and finding another mat although after shipping costs it's probably not even worth the hassle. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it! *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2016* Great padding. I don't understand reviews that say otherwise? Love how the edge is flush with the floor and the surface smooth. This replaces a different one I had with a patterned top.
