Best airport purchase ever, best travel pillow I've ever seen.
I love this pillow. LOVE IT! It compresses (though the carrying case did rip after several wears, which is a bummer), it feels amazing, it has a little pocket on the side which it claims is for an ipod or a phone (sleeping with that so close to your head sounds like a terrible idea to me). I use the pocket to store earplugs (like the ones that come with the pillow) and my dramamine. It means I can just grab it, throw it in my bag and be set to travel wherever I am. I have slept on planes, buses, and cars with this. I've even used it just under my head as a pillow on an airport seat and used it to elevate my ankle after a sprain while traveling. I bought one for my friend who travels from Europe to the states 10 times a year. He loves it too. The thinness of the part that goes behind your head is brilliant, it keeps you from feeling like your neck is being pushed forward. The toggle in the front keeps it on and will keep your head in a position you like. I have never used a travel pillow that I have liked before this one. I will say, that I bought mine in the airport and it was about 10 bucks cheaper than what I paid on Amazon for my friend's one. That being said, not all airports carry this model, and I would not accept a substitute. My only wish is that the foam was somehow washable, but I know that's a lot to ask. The cover is washable but it still smells weird sometimes. That aside, it is a miracle of a travel pillow and if you're considering it, you should buy one. I have not regretted it a bit.

Perfect for sleeping on long flights or napping in the office
I'm amazed at how comfortable this pillow is. I recently flew from the United States to China and back. The international flights were each 12 hours long. Using this pillow, I had no problem sleeping during the entirety of the flights. One thing that really sets this pillow apart from the competition is that I can sleep with my head forward or leaned back. When you put this pillow around your neck and connect the clasps on the strings on the front of it, the pillow will stay put very well. It will support your neck from all directions. So, if you want to let your head lay back into the seat, you can. And if you want to just slightly tilt your head forward, you can also do that very very comfortably. In fact, I personally prefer to simply let my head tilt forward ever so slightly, and let the foam pillow comfortably support my neck while I fall asleep. I never imagined that sleeping with my head tilted slightly forward would be so comfortable. But, if you prefer to let your head fall back against the seat, then you will sleep comfortably with this pillow as well. In fact, being able to sleep both ways is nice, because it provides variety. Also, this pillow supports your neck from the sides much better than those crappy pillows you see in the stores in the airport. Another great thing about this pillow is that you can squeeze it to be about 1/4 of its normal size and put it in the carrying bag that comes with it. This is convenient for stowing the pillow in a backpack or small carry-on luggage when not using it to sleep. Although I bought the pillow just for the flight, I ended up also taking it to work with me so that I can take quick power naps sitting in my chair at my desk :)

Good, solid travel pillow
I like a lot of the functionality around this pillow. I had been looking for a product with a thinner back area so that it doesn't force my head to lean forward and one that will fully support my neck all the way up to my chin so my head doesn't lead to the side. On both of these points, the product hits home. It is also fairly compact and easy to travel with. However, I think for the price, the material does have a bit of the foam smell that others complained about and I also got a bit of black dust from the cover on some of my shirts. I suppose if I give the cover a wash it will be better. I also thought the carry pouch looked a bit cheap, again relative to the price of the product. Not something I like to have dangling on my work travel suitcase. Being the only travel pillow with the kind of functionality I am looking for, I do like my purchase. I do think there are areas to improve and make it a higher quality product.

First time I have ever been able to sleep on a plane!!
I 100% recommend this travel pillow. In the past I have never slept on any airplane; not even a 13 hour flight to Toyko after taking sleeping pills. As a side/stomach sleeper I could never get comfortable enough to fall asleep sitting up no matter what. For an upcoming trip where I was taking two back-to-back red eye flights, and having to drive a car after each one, I knew that I absolutely had to get some shuteye on my flights. After a lot of research, I splurged on this pillow even though it was double the price of many others, but I knew that I needed the extra neck support that no other pillow offers. During the first 5-hour red eye flight, I slept for 3 hours. The next night, I got to the airport totally drained for my next 3-hour red eye flight and once I sat down in my seat with the pillow on I fell asleep before the wheels left the ground and slept for the entire flight! This has NEVER happened. I love the extra neck support on each side so that I can lean against a window or someones shoulders and not wake up with a kink in my neck. I also love that there is no padding in the back - other pillows make you lean forward because of the padding and this one keeps you head straight up. With the front clasp it also keeps your head from falling forward and out of the pillow. It seriously feels like someone is hugging your neck with a warm blanket the whole time. Again, can't recommend this pillow enough for anyone that cannot sleep on airplanes!

Total Awesomness!
I bought this due to my constant travel by air. I travel at least 2x month and have some long overseas trips. I have tried the blow-up neck pillows only to have them deflate. I've tried some of the beanbag style but they are bad fitting. For the past week I have been wearing this around my house and even sleeping in it for 5-6 hours at a time. it is very comfortable and fits my neck real nice. it actually gives me a slight 'pull' up on the head relieving some of the pressure on my cervical bones. This is nice since I have arthritis in my neck. I love how compact it gets when stuffing it into the carry case. This is great as I travel very light and compact for all of my trips regardless of how long or far they are. I am a sub 21 lbs/ carry on only packer! I have a trip to Germany coming up that will be the big test, but my testing thus far shows it will be no problem. DECEMBER UPDATE: Well my outbound trip was a total of 18 hours and my return was 22 hours. My overseas leg was 9 hours and I used the neck pillow for almost the whole trip. Not only did I use it around my neck, but since I get a window seat I used it against the window/wall of the plane while just resting or watching a video. Made travel much more comfi for sure! Tried and true 5 stars! I would watch out for some planes though. On the 767 on my outbound flight they had some kind of neck support/ head pad on my seat that interfered with the usage of my neck pillow. I wound up raising the support all the way up so the pillow fit under it. That might not work for taller folks, you might be forced to slump in those types of seats. Otherwise just put it against the wall and lean into it and you will do fine!

Quality Control Issue?
Needs improvement. I bought this in the ever elusive struggle to find sleep and neck comfort on long overseas flights. I have a large neck and this fit around fine, but it needs some kind of fastening device to keep the pillow pulled tightly and securely in order to offer support and comfort. The cords on the end may be able to be tied, but how safe is it to have to undue a knot in an emergency situation? I just felt that tying the cords would put me in an unsafe situation and I wasn't comfortable with it. The lack of fastener ruined the pillow in every way for me, rendering it useless. I gave it away. Update: After giving away my first pillow and trying several others, I decided this pillow was the best of a hopeless situation. I purchased another one, why not, I had bought many others already, and the second one was substantially better than the first. Night and day difference in the quality of the foam and its ability to support my head and neck. The locks on the cords actually work on this one, holding together well enough that it keeps the pillow tight to my neck. Now this is only through one test flight, but it is already better than the first. This second one works so well that I want to recommend it, but given my first experience, I'm wondering if there is a quality control issue here. Buyer beware I guess. I've raised from two to three stars, but can't go higher because of my first experience.

Great for more than just sleeping
The Cabeau Evolution Memory Foam Travel Pillow is the first of its kind. Made of premium-quality which helps provide support to the neck region, this travel pillow will make sure that you are not uncomfortable. It is flexible with a 360-degree support that will adjust itself no matter how you lean your head. Since it comes with a removable and washable cover, you can clean the pillow whenever you like and keep it free from germs. The memory foam makes this product unique because it is very soft but sturdy. If you want to get some sleep, then it will provide with just the right amount of support. This pillow is a must-have travel gear for all your upcoming journeys no matter what transport you are availing. You will find that it helps you avoid shoulder and back pain that most of us face after long sitting trips. The storage bag that comes with the product will help you fit it into your luggage easily. On the other hand, you can use the Sleep Mask, UtechSmart Deep Rest Contoured Sleep Eye Mask Cover Eyeshade with Ear Plugs Carry Pouch for Travel Naps along with the pillow when you want to relax or nap. This lightweight mask is contoured to fit into your face while the adjustable Velcro straps make it easy to use. These two products form an excellent combination for frequent travelers.

This Is What I Needed
To start, I would not call myself a "well seasoned" air traveler, since I've only been on seven commercial flights. However, four of those seven have been "long haul" flights (approx 12 hours each). After trying an inflatable pillow that I had high hopes for, I realized that my personal needs were for something 1. More comfortable, and 2. With CHIN SUPPORT. If my neck is crooked to one side, I wake up with...a crooked neck. My head does, inevitably fall forward (hey, man, I can't afford to fly business or first class) when I am forced to sleep upright and that doesn't really work out for actually sleeping. So, after looking around, I came across the Evolution pillow. I liked the design (including the flattened back to not push the head too far forward) and the elevated support it looked to provide. Hoping that I wouldn't be disappointed again, I bought it. Well, I am so happy to report that I really love this pillow. It is very comfortable for me, and I find that I like to clasp it, then spin it around so I get the best chin support and the ability to rest my head on my seat. I was actually able to get a little sleep on those long haul, overnight flights in economy. I also used it on my trip, sometimes to sleep with just because my neck doesn't always like pillows away from home. So, what are the drawbacks? 1. The clasp - the button on the clasp doesn't do anything, except remain as a non-button on my pillow. I just pull the clasp apart with a little force. Hasn't broken, seems to still work. 2. It's not terribly compact. It's also not an inflatable pillow. I just couldn't get it quite as small as the picture of the filled bag looks. That's pretty much it, but I'm willing to make a little extra room in my carry on (for those super restrictive airlines) for this baby. I didn't find it had any smell to it, as others have reported, and if you don't mind a "collar," this is a great buy. Supportive, yet soft, it suits my needs.

Your neck will thank you
This is different than any other travel pillow I've ever seen. Its shaped design sits much higher on the neck than other pillows keeping your neck straight while you're sleeping (probably making it a much better than a regular travel pillow for anyone with neck issues or sleep apnea). The materials are high quality and the travel bag handy. The pillow is bulky and it takes a bit to roll it tightly for travel but it has regained its shape well each time.

Great Neck Pillow
VERY good support. If you have neck problems I recommand this product. Is is firm and comfy at the same time. Holds your head and neck really well. Only thing is that I found it was quite BIG in size to travel with. Dosen't fold so well in the bag since it the memory foam is firm. I was backpacking for several months so I felt like it was sad to carry such a big travel pillow for all these months. But everytime I was on a plane, train, bus, taxi I would be very glad I brought it with me. Choosing your battles haha! Also, you can remove the cover and clean it. Liked that. (And the fabric is soft and good quality.)

Tried it, but returned it as it just was too bulky!
I bought this for a 10 hour flight, I bought this after a ton of research over many price points, types and sizes. Pros: 1. Soft material, which is warm and cozy, good for long haul cold flights 2. Moderate comfort level ( I'm a first time user of travel pillows, but I wasn't blown away by comfort or Slept like a baby or anything like that. It does support the neck and head better than not having a pillow, I guess) Cons: 1. The bag provided is a joke: you have to wrestle with it to get it in and strap it in. I was worried if it is going to last the flight looking at how much I had to compress it and twist it. 2. Regardless of the bag, the pillow is a lot bulkier than the competition, so not a very portable option 3. Cost higher than the other brands and types Considering the above points, I returned mine for a refund.
