Yes you can. I haven't tried it yet because I'm waiting to get the 7" parchment paper rounds to use with my pan. I had a hard time getting the cheesecake off the pan, so I ordered the parchment rounds to use with the pan. I have seen a few recipes online for lasagna in this size pan and made in the Instant Pot.

Will this 9 inch pan work with the 8 quart instant pot?

My 8 quart Instant Pot measures 9.5 inches across. And only tapers at the very bottom. My concern is the if the clasp would stick out enough to make inserting this pan possible.

Will this 7" springform pan fits in the Instant Pot 6Qt ?

Yes it will fit in the 6Qt Instant Pot. That is the exact reason I purchased it also.

Can you stack 2 of these in the instant pot for two seperate cheesecakes at one time?
