★★★★★ The Lucky Line Graphite Dry Lock Lubricant Powder is a simple but very effective product. It works great for keeping locks smooth and operating properly without leaving behind a greasy residue like traditional oils. It was easy to apply, and I noticed an improvement in stiff or hard-to-turn locks. I like that it’s clean, convenient, and a small amount goes a long way. It’s a great item to keep around the house, garage, or toolbox for regular maintenance. The quality is excellent, and I’m very satisfied with how well it works. I would definitely recommend it.

This works by puffing, shake it first, then hold it up right for the large graphite dust to settle then downards and squeeze the tube multiple times. Be careful of the dust, it's worse than ink when cleaning.

It’s graphite flakes in a tube. You sort of have to tap or “puff” them out so it can be difficult to get them in the correct place, but there’s not really a better way to dispense graphite powder. I wish the flakes were a little finer, as I was using them to lubricate the nut slots on musical instruments, and it was hard to get the flakes into the narrow slots. It’s probably about the same coarseness as table salt. But it worked and I have plenty left for door hinges or whatever.
