DOES NOT WORK
The product does NOT work. I followed the instructions provided, watched their instruction video and tried it many many times, digging up to 5 meter or close to 16 feet deep underground and it always got nothing. And i tried it more than 10 times by now even after the replacement and still, NO it didn't work. Getting help wasn't easy either. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and kept going investing on man power to dig and see but nothing. Plus, they end up charging me twice after the replacement for something that don't even work. Item is also returned.

Defective Unit or Charger?
When I tried charging my unit, I noticed that the main unit red indicator light was not functioning. However, I still charge the unit for 5 hours only to my dismay that it doesn’t really charge. On the other hand, the charger it self showed red and green lights. May be somebody from the technical team can help me with this. Thank you
