Both burners producing black flames

Before only the right burner is producing black smoke which makes all my cookware black. I purposely bought Sanford cause it is an Indian company but i am so sad about my experience with this gas cooker mow both burners are producing black smoke. Now my whole kitchen is becoming black by the day because i purchased a new Sanford gas burner. That's so bad.
