Wow, what a product! Light enough to move around but packs a mighty punch! The home kit (yellow round head) is incredible, it got my patio cleaned in a mere 15 minutes and that dirt has been there for 2 years - fantastic!! My other absolute favourite is the dirt blaster wand, this thing uprooted grasses, weeds and moss from their spots leaving my patio weed free in seconds, it is incredibly powerful! The vario wand is also brilliant for washing down the walls and windows should you need it, easy to use on patio furniture, bikes, cars, the dog if you wish!! This is a wonderfully versatile piece of equipment. Everything you could need for cleaning outdoors. I noticed a very small amount of leakage from the hose connection to the machine when the cleaner is on but not in use, I dont think it's anything to worry about, it's not gushing, just a few drips. The cleaner was simple to click together, just add a handle, wheels and the hose to connect to the gun and simple done - you must remeber when connecting the black hose to the front and gun there is a safety gate to pull up first before putting the black hose in and again on the gun, it took me a wee while to figure it out but not an issue. I love the storage spaces on the machine for the wands, sadly the home just has to just plonk on the top but again it isn't an issue, the unit is small and easy enough to move and store.

Karcher is probably the most common brand of pressure washer in domestic use. Though you could probably buy something cheaper with a similar specification, it was with availability of attachments, spares and support into the future that I went for this one. It is nonetheless reasonably priced. This kit comes in a box and some straightforward assembly is needed. It comes with several attachments including a variable pressure nozzle and the "dirt blaster" high pressure lance which does exactly that and is good for getting out ingrained muck from uneven surfaces such as asphalt. For relatively smooth surfaces such as flagstones or patios, the surface cleaner works well and contains the water/dirt so it doesn't spray about. The K2 can accept detergent via a pull-out tube and this kit comes with a small bottle of surface cleaner, but I found that this didn't really make enough difference to be worth using and it does seem to take quite a large volume. It would probably be better to use the foam gun which is available separately. The unit has a couple of wheels and an extending handle, allowing it to be pulled along. Personally I find it's light enough to pick up in one hand using the fixed handle and that the extendable one just gets in the way. I'd recommend not fitting the extendable handle unless you find you need it. I've used the K2 for cleaning driveways, concrete paths, patios, a conservatory roof and my car. Very happy with it overall.

This is a complete gamer for cleaning my patio. So easy to use for a 60+ woman with back issues. The power wand has cut cleaning time in half and having the wand extension is a godsend. Would highly recommend this for anybody to use does everything you need it too. Also what a bargain, less than £85

Picked up the Kärcher K2 Power Control to give the patio and garden furniture a proper clean, and it does the job nicely. Pressure is decent for light-duty cleaning, and the adjustable settings mean you don’t blast delicate surfaces to bits. Compact and easy to move around, too. Only downside is it’s not heavy-duty – if you’re expecting to strip concrete or tackle really grimy driveways, you’ll need something bigger. But for the garden, bikes, patio, and cars, it’s spot on and easy enough for anyone to use.

The item was delivered within the time promised, and was well packed. Assembly is easy and the various attachments all connect well. It's a pity the patio cleaner doesn't have a "brush crown", as I believe they work well. However, I happened to have one spare from Mum's old Karcher, and it fitted and worked perfectly, which was nice. The vario wand settings allow for the right pressure/ pattern to be used for different jobs. I mainly bought this to clean my patio and driveway flagstones; I first watered the areas with diluted Jeyes Fluid (other outdoor disinfectants are available) and let it work to kill/ loosen moss etc and disinfect. I then used the patio cleaner, passing over each flagstone slowly. I then attached the blaster to remove a few stubborn areas of lichen, did the concrete gravel boards at the bottom of the fence panels, and then angled the wand to wash away all the debis. (I haven't tried the cleaning agent yet) The flags have come up really clean and they look like new. The Karcher performed really well and it seemed like the job was done in no time. Some of my gravel boards had panel paint run down, and you will know how difficult it is to remove paint from concrete/ brickwork; well, the blaster wand, concentrated close for 10 or so seconds brought it off no problem! I can't comment on the long term efficacy of this particular model, but my family have used Karchers for many years without issue, and so I have confidence in the brand. Just 1 star deducted for build quality of the wheels and handles that could be a little more robust, and the lack of a "brush crown" on the patio cleaner attachment; I think that regular users will miss this feature, although I appreciate that it can be purchased as an "optional extra". So yes, I can definitely recommend this pressure washer, as it does what it says on the tin (box).
