My sister recommended this to me. Her supply nearly dried up when she was sick and went right back to normal when she started taking this (and she’s still going strong several months later). I’ve struggled with maintaining milk supply with all of my four babies (it dried up at 9mo for my first two and 6mo for my 3rd, still going with my 4th). I’m currently nursing my fourth and my supply started to drop so I immediately started this supplement. It helped the most when I did the full 7 capsules daily and I’m so grateful I can continue nursing! Once my supply went up again, I dropped to just a few capsules a day. Definitely recommend having this on hand when nursing! Compared to some supplements, it’s also a great price. Side note: I normally pump once in the morning and was unable to pump any extra when my supply tanked and with this supplement I’m back to pumping between 4-5 oz every morning

I have only been taking these for 2 days and I’m already seeing a HUGE difference in milk supply! I was hesitant to use anything with Fenugreek as I’ve heard it can dry supply. I just had my 3rd baby 2 months ago and my supply has been dipping recently. As someone who is a “just enough “ supplier , these are a lifesaver! I was pumping about 2-3oz per session prior and after 2 days of Mommy Bliss , I’m now pumping 5-7oz per session!!!! I am so thankful I gave these a try! I do notice they make me a little gassy and I do smell like maple syrup lol but I’ll take that over not having enough to feed my baby! Give these a chance!!! I’ll be ordering 2 more bottles soon!

These seem to have increased my milk supply some but not a lot with one pill a day, which is what I wanted. I also have not noticed any significant fussiness with my baby when I take it.

It works, I feel like some times we expect this things to do miracles but it doesn’t work that way. They are to help your milk production increase and so far I feel like I fill out more quickly before my baby eats again and that way I can pump more and actually get a good amount and store it! Works good, I only give it 3 stars just because it’s to help you build a better supply, it doesn’t make the milk come down if you haven’t been able to get any out (tested that as well a day I had some problems and no milk came out).

Absolutely no up in supply, I took at least 2 per day, sometimes more but no more than 7 as per directions and nothing. I think I’ve actually seen a bit of a dip. Don’t recommend.
