Works great!. Duracell batteries lasted exactly 48hours of continuous use in a 100°f+ garage. Replaced batteries after 2 whole days and was able to keep 3 bluegills alive before my fishing trip. Plenty of bubbles to keep fish alive for days no need to go get another airstone unless you just have to have the visual effect of all the bubbles. System is really quiet no complaints on noise. Definitely recommend for those that like to keep bait alive while out fishing or storing away for a few days before your weekend trip.

I bought this for my large minnow bucket that is insulated I use for crappie. Hot Labor Day weekend it sat in my boat from Friday afternoon, to Monday afternoon sometimes in the sun for short periods if I didn't get to it to move it. I had 4 dozen minnows in there. A total of 3 dies in those 3 days and I never turned off the aerator one, never changed the 2 D cells which were just Duracell normal batteries. I had a second different aerator in my live well and it ran the batteries down every 24 hours and it was no higher output of air. Maybe I was lucky but continuous running for 72 hours without slowing down was great.

For the price I think this is a good aerator. Seems to run for roughly 24 hours per set of batteries. My only issue with it is that the batteries can get dislodged somewhat easily and you will have to unscrew the cover to push the batteries back in place. I am considering gluing a foam piece onto the inside of the cover that will hopefully keep the batteries in place. Other than that it seems to function well. I hope to update this review in a year or so to see how well it holds up (if I remember).

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a battery powered aerator to help keep my horses water from freezing on super cold days. Since I live in Texas, we really don't have those days too often so battery powered is fine. This was easy to set up on the side of my 70qt bucket. I attached the suction cup, however, it didn't stay attached to the inside of the bucket. It did weigh the bubbler hose down though, which is exactly what I wanted it to do! It is very quiet, which will hopefully be a plus for my mare.Update: We've been between single digits and 20 degrees for more than 24 hours now. The good news is that her water didn't freeze! The bad news is that the Duracell Pro batteries only lasted 16 hours straight.

My boys and I go fishing from time to time and we love to use live bait. Without an aerator, our bait start to die after a few hours. I finally buckled down and made a purchase for an Aerator, but was torn between two brands. I ultimately chose the Frabill Aerator and it worked like a charm. So far so good. Worth the price.

I have only used this a couple of times, but it worked fine. It seems to be well made and reasonably durable. It is a bit larger than I expected, but that's OK with me. I will be careful to rinse and dry it good after each use in a salt water environment.

Serves its purpose. Keeps bait alive much longer for when we go ling cod fishing at night

Great piece of kit.Well made.Extraordinary amount of air pumps out, even at full bucket depth, whereas cheaper models only work when the stone on the pipe is quite close to the surface, causing bait fish to die.
