How do I tell whether my generator has floating or bonded neutral?

You can buy one of those three light receptacle testers. Plug it into the generator while it is running. If you get a normal two amber light result, you have a neutral bonded generator.Look at this u-tube video. It shows how to diagnosis and how to fix the problem. Does each 15 amp circuit breaker need an ez generator switch if i want to power up more than one thing?

We manufacture a single circuit transfer switch, so yes one switch per breaker.. What ever is on that single circuit EZ generator switch will operate. Depending on what the electrician placed on a circuit you could have outlets and lights together or the fridge could have other outlets on it.  Cost of transfer switches is based on the amount of Voltage & Amperage, so if you need single circuits only and want to energize essential items our switch will work well 4u . If you want 6 circuits or more you need a bigger system , larger generator for the load and obviously the system will cost considerably more. Hope this helps!

what can i hook up to it

You can hook up nearly any electrical device in your house up to the limit of your generator.     Its easier to say what it wont handle.   It won't handle an electric stove, electric hot water heater, well pump, central AC unit or electric clothes dryer.   Pick a single 15 amp breaker in your electrical panel.  everything fed from it can be handled by this device.    I have two of them, one for my oil furnace and one for the air handler.  I run additional extension cords from my generator to power the refrigerator, telephone and the electric stair lift for my elderly mom.

I have 2 3,500 watt generators, if i buy 2 transfer switches can i run both generators at thw same time???

sure, the switch doesn't care where it gets it power from it will transfer the load. What you want to make sure of you are not sharing the same neutral like in a multi circuit application. Sometimes an electrician will run a 14/3 cable and serve two circuits, the neutral is shared which is fine BUT if you feed the multi circuit with two generators you could very well have an issue.
