Es perfecto para la barra de 2” pues queda bien sujeto y no se mueve, no necesita de cintas, incluso si ya lo pusiste y quieres hacerlo más para un lado tienes que ejercer fuerza para poderlo mover. En barras de 1” queda flojo, no se zafa pero si se mueve. No es acolchado ni suave, es rígido, pero no molesto y evita que te lastime la barra en pesos de 100 lb aprox, ya cuando cargas más en sentadilla libre no protege tanto y si se siente la barra. Independiente de eso yo tengo problemas en el cuello y me ha ayudado. También sirve para que hagas cómodamente hip thrust. Me gustó porque no tienes que andar quitando y poniendo cintas, solo llegas lo pones y ya. Lo recomiendo. 👌🏻

I think this is a quality product and I'm happy with it. Firstly it has the firmness and density necessary to do the job. You don't want a soft squishy pad otherwise it will not end up cushioning you from the bar. Secondly there was absolutely no odour at all, I've read that many other products have a chemical stink to them - not this one.

Great product. I had one of the other ones from Harbinger that worked well but eventually started breaking down at the spot where the bar hits (during squats) the middle of the back. It you squat heavy, that will happen to the foam. This one is a bit more bulky. More rubbery but with a good feel. This one is solid, feels very steady and provides a more even distribution of weight. Definitely recommend it..

A very robust high quality squat pad so the price is a little higher than most but well worth every dollar. It fits very snug to a standard Olympic bar so it does not roll or shift on you. Nice contoured unique shape and the Foam/Rubber is very Dense. I’m hoping the seam opposite the bar slip does not split after time. I’ll revise this review if any other issues arrive.. Overall I’m very satisfied.

Initially I did not like this pad. Pretty stiff foam, firmer than a typical cylinder shaped olympic bar pad. And so it was less comfortable than I had imagined it would be. With more use, I actually like it. It should not collapse under a heavier load. It grips the bar tightly, does not move around. Foam is high quality and will likely be durable.
