1fl oz. you only need a little. I use it everyday lasts 2-3 months.

Can you use a powder foundation over this?

It depends on the powder milling if it's very fine it should be okay if it's heavier my might cake I use creme foundation and it works well for many years I've tried all expensive and cheap this is the best
