No tuna recipes
I wasn't thrilled to find out that there wasn't any tuna recipes included. I don't think there is even a canned salmon recipe. It has lots of recipes for sardines, oyster, and anchovies. If you want recipes for those, you will enjoy this book.

Such a great book.
To be honest, I've alwasy loved tinned fish, a lot of people laugh at me for it but I never realised there was a huge following. I collect cookbooks and recipe books, it's my passion and this is definitely in my top 5. Thank you for making this.

Curious about cooking with tinned seafood?
If you are at all curious in learning to cook with tinned seafood, I can’t recommend this cookbook highly enough. The recipes really let the seafood sing in ways that are unexpected and delicious. There is a mussel salad sandwich that when I finished eating it, I had to force myself not to go cook it again immediately. I have never felt like that before. Was I full? Yes. Did I still want more? Also yes. Then an octopus and potato aioli dish that my family loves. Clearly this chef is not only talented but passionate about these ingredients. It’s eye opening and impressive cookbook. If you have clicked on this page and are reading reviews, just buy it. Cook from it, enjoy it. It’s incredible.

Great book lots of interesting ideas
I bought for my husband and he was over the moon. This delightful book has him on his own journey of exploring some of the best tinned fish. Some of which, he's already tried before having the book. A shoping trip to Waitrose and Sainsbury's, he explored a few more. Its definatley worth paying a little extra for a pretty decent tin of fish.
