I bought this for my 11 year old but I liked the watch on me. In the end it was commandeered by my youngest daughter (9 years) although she need another couple of years to grow into it.

Great to learn the time with as has the minutes around the edge. Bought for a 6 year old and band fitted ok on the tightest hole. Robust. Waterproof. Good first watch.
