Why are there 2 sizes (one size vs 15-18.4 mm) what's the difference?

They confuse you any of these pedals will fit your bike they’re talking about the platform when they say 15mm -18,4mm one supposed to be bigger on the foot but there all the same size don’t let that get to your head….
