Perfect Refills!
The Pilot Acroball is truly the best pen I've consistently ever written with. That being said, they're refillable pens. This particular ink is EXACTLY like what comes in the pen and the refills last forever! I personally prefer the .7 pont in black. No ink smudge or bleed through. They're perfect for the pen and so much cheaper and environmentally conscious than just going out and wasting good money and extra garbage on new pens. I highly recommend the ink refills from this seller. And the pens too!!

THE ONE I'VE BEEN HOPING FOR A Long Time
Pilot's 0.7mm GEL (or is this Ballpoint? Cant tell difference) for the Dr. Grip Center of Gravity (and can be rigged for other Dr. Grippers) is my perfect choice of a perfect cartridge. I was enthralled with the CG pens, but they lacked the mid-range ink ball I love. THIS one is like the gel, or hybrid, but not TOO oily, like some hybrids. IF one wants to put this into a standard Dr.Grip that uses full size cartridges, you can cut off a one inch piece of an old cartridge and put it into the barrel with this shorty and it works fine, for me. But I use my V-5 needle point in the other Dr. pen.

My current favorite refill
After buying and trying a significant percentage of the refill types available in the market (ballpoint, gel, and hybrid ink, all in a range of point sizes), these Pilot Acroball hybrid ink refills in the 0.7 mm Fine size are my current favorite for general everyday use. Consistent dark line and very smooth without feeling "out of control" like a Uni-Ball Jetstream. This is the same refill as the 77347 retail blister 2-pack commonly sold in the USA, just with Japanese packaging.

Better than the original!
I actually liked these better than the original one that came with the pen! They have a slightly finer point than the "medium" pens I bought in store and I find that they write much smoother!I'm so glad I saved the pens after the ink ran out, figuring it would be cheaper to buy ink refills! I don't plan on buying any more of the original pens again; I'm sold on these refills!

Tolerable, but would not repurchase.
Considering you can't buy refills for the pilot acroball colors (black 0.7mm), I would say that these refills are decent. However, I would say that they are not smudge-resistant and the motion of the tip is not as smooth as the original. But, considering these refills are not manufactured here, I've chosen to be a little more generous with my review (however, if this were not the case I would NOT be this kind and benevolent given they're relatively expensive for what you get).
