The description says it's dishwasher safe on the top rack, but does it fit on the top rack easily?

The bottle is 8.25" tall, every dishwasher is different but it should fit most. Also, the top rack is only a recommendation, the bottle is fine in the bottom rack, just watch out for the loop top lid falling through the rack and touching the heating element. Can I put boiling water in this bottle?

Yes, but handle with caution. The bottle isn’t insulated. I often fill mine with boiling water so I can use it as a hot water bottle. I cut the sleeve off an old sweater and I slide the bottle into that before I fill it.

Cette gourde est manifestement de très bonne qualité, solide on pourra certainement compter sur elles pendant des annéesJ'ai choisi le bouchon large dans un premier temps mais c'est pas très pratique pour le sport (en revanche ca facilite son lavage), du coup j'en ai commandé une autre avec un bouchon plus étroit, je garderai le bouchon large pour la maison !

This QUALITY BOTTLE has been a godsend to me!

It is so well made that I refuse to place the filled item in freezer for fear this might possibly break down the bottle’s longevity or integrity! I am no scientist though but frankly, the water chills quickly in my fridge anyway. I am a senior with low kidney function and have been advised to drink between 60 and 70 ounces of water (or liquid?) daily. The bottle holds 32 ounces so I just need two of them daily. I put them through dishwasher on top shelf and they are durable. I bought the dark blue shade for the cooling effect in summer and I went to the American Amazon.com to order another one in a clear aqua shade with red cap: very refreshing! I recommend these bottles highly … and PS. No leaking at all.
