At first I was looking for good bacteria, and I couldn't find the right composition until finding this. I wish it had more details about composition like CFU per species, And also that it had Lactobacillus reuteri. Thus all the great bacteria in one place. I didn't realize or read but you need two pills for the dose of 10 B CFU, which is ridiculous, for such low dosage. Since I couldn't find a bigger dose and not requiring 2 pills, I bought the 50 B. Later I was offered the 25 B which seemed the best one which just one pill for a good dose of 25 B CFU.

This product was recommended by my doctor. Obviously the result is dictated by the nature of the individual needs of the user. However, I have found it very helpful in managing an ongoing “gut” problem.
