Keurig K-2500 Single Serve Commercial Coffee Maker

Great Kurig coffee maker. Replaced one used in the office. Very durable. Good value. Connected to the water supply so doesn’t have to be filled up. Allows one to choose the strength and size of a coffee.

This coffee pot is the greatest thing since sliced bread! It's smaller than the regular Keurig so it doesn't take up quite as much room. We love the fact that it's directly connected to water supply! It Bruce quickly, but could be hotter.

We are using a commercial coffee maker in our home as we drink a lot of coffee, and friends who do also. If you have never owned a commercial coffee maker before and do not already have the filter needed you must purchase it with the machine. That is not clearly stated when ordering. It just says the filter is optional. Otherwise you cannot plumb direct. Direct plumbing is fantastic as you never have to fill the reservoir again. Coffee is good, has many cup sizes 6 to 12 oz . Takes a little longer to heat than the non commercial but also has an auto shut off. Basically quite satisfied.

I have owned many Keurig machines in my life time and my office machine which gave me a great life began to fail so I decided to move on to this newer model. I love the direct water connection, it is easy to use and nice looking. What I truly dislike is that every time I want to make a cup of coffee this machine must go though the warm up process which takes 2-3 minutes. Out of all the machines I have owned none act this way, I have read the manual thinking this must be some kind of energy saving setting that I hoped could be disabled but sadly it does not seem this way. I will likely return it due to this. I am editing to this initial review. I came in to my office after the weekend to find a large amount of water on the counter and floor which came out of the machine. It was no longer leaking but clearly was released from the machine not the line or connections. After multiple calls to Keurig basically telling me that since it is not continuing to leak there is not much they can do. The call center was in another country, hard to understand and quite rude, even hanging up on me once. I was not in anyway rude to them I simply wanted this issue resolved. Luckily I was still within the return window so it was sent back. I will not be purchasing another after The very poor customer that Keurig provided, for what this thing cost you would think that you would at least get good service!

We purchased this coffee maker for our credit union lobby and installed it in the beginning of December. It didn't make more than a dozen cups of coffee a day, if that. At the end of January we noticed that it was wet under the coffee machine. We checked the water connections, which were all dry, very carefully and there was no leakage. The water was definitely coming out of the bottom of the unit. We had to disconnect it and so now we have a spot in our lobby with a disconnected coffeemaker. Because we were in the midst of moving into a new building and have all had Keurig's in the past without a problem, we didn't save the packing material. What do we do now? The company contacted me and offered to replace it refund it, even if we were able to fix it. One of the guys at work did something and was able to make it stop leaking and it has worked ever since so we didn’t ask the company for a reimbursement. We just got another Keurig.

Updated design that makes the unit easier to use for non-English speakers (pictures). We replaced an older version of this coffee maker that stopped working after 5 years of heavy use. Plugged it in, hooked up the water supply, ran a couple of water cycles before brewing. First cup was the right temperature and the compact size means it fits under the cabinets when not in use.

Holy Cow! We have had Keurig coffee makers for years and always liked the coffee, until now. We just go a new K255 and it is a game changer. The Coffee is EXTRAORDINARY. Really i'm 73 and have been drinking coffee for decades, this is the best coffee I've had in a home brewer and probably even anywhere. The new triple streams I guess must work because this coffee is marvelous, trust me you wont be disappointed. We use the machine on a direct plumbed filtered connection. Once again WODERFUL COFFEE. Setup was a breeze machine is very well constructed and much smaller footprint on the counter than our previous plumbed Keurig machine. Cant say enough about how much I like this machine.

This is a great commercial machine compared to traditional brewers. The result has been less coffee waste and you don't have to worry about a burner to turn off. Brews a cup in under a minute so is quick if you don't have too big a crowd. Additionally, the machine is much smaller than our previous continuous pour machine. Only challenge is educating people about needles that may become clogged. We utilize the K-Cycle recycling program to minimize our environmental impact due to use of disposable pods.

this was bought for our home. I don’t know how we did without it before. it’s top quality and perfect coffee each time.

Worked great once first got it.Quit working. No warranty at all through keurig or seller and not even a year old. Do not buy this machine
