Works great, easy to setup. Space economy terrific. Noise level is decent.

I really love this unit. You need to know though, as the previous reviewer mentioned, that this is not as smart as you may have hoped for. I turned it on using my phone and it started a wash. However, when it finished, I realized that it hadn’t put my dirty clothes inside. Then when it finished the wash it didn’t transfer it to the drier like I thought it would since it’s a smart washer. I am disappointed that I have to do so much work even though I can control all the electronics from my phone. Hope this helps!

I love the LG direct drive washing machine. I have had one for many many years and it is still going strong. I bought this wash tower to fit in my master closet. It is great! This new model is more narrow than the older one I own but the drum capacity is larger and the cycles are more efficient. I like this machine. Highly recommended.

This was very much a pain in the you know what there was a lack of communication with the delivery company and the seller first off it's supposed to be arriving on Wednesday then they said Thursday and then they said Saturday but the whole time I was just tracking the invoice not to unit itself I kept on trying to communicate with the ups and the seller UPS was more active than the seller and gave you more information the seller just kept on waiting also I did not receive the invoice nor the unit and is saying it was delivered but UPS was keeping me posted because I'm chose something to where they can communicate with me so far I've noticed about the unit it's good but it seems like the buttons are a little bit iffy we only had it for one day so far it is very heavy but they couldn't bring it up to my top floor they're refusing to I kept on asking them if they can and they said they can't who's originally was supposed to be set up downstairs but I had to set it up downstairs luckily we already had one down there previously long time ago I'll give an update if anything goes wrong or if the thing is still running after about 6 or 3 months I probably making a video on how this thing does in the beginning how I set it up by the way 6 ft doesn't hit the bottom of the cord you probably want a 10 ft one the setup was pretty normal for a washer and dryer just keep in mind that it is just one washer and dryer put together the dryer is on top the washer stuff is on bottom or in the washer stuff is kind of in the middle so far it seems like my mom likes it

Second unit can with no damage when they dropped it. So far so I’m happy with the unit for now.

We were sure to remove the shipping bolts on the unit, however, it still shakes like crazy during the spin cycle. You also can not reverse the doors to open them up the other way, which is unfortunate for my situation.
