Very expensive. Didn't help with hot flashes at all, they actually seemed to get worse. I read it was guaranteed to work but apparently not, now see there's a date to send it back by, which I missed because I was trying the product for a few wks. as I thought it might take longer to start working. One bottle gone no results, I done losing money on gimmicks.

I started taking this when menopause gave me hot flashes at night, and anger issues. Took about 2 weeks before it started to improve my life. I felt better, had more energy and didnt have another hot flash, greatly improving my rest. I thought i was through it. Stopped taking them hot flashes came back. Started back on them and the hot flashes disappeared immediately. I recommend this to everyone. Be patient takes a minute for it to work sometimes.

It's hard to tell if these work, but I got them specifically to combat my hot flashes and night sweats. I have read that most supplements can take a month or two before you get results, and that sometimes, people do not wait that long and stop taking them if they do not see results fast. I have been taking 4 pills per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. They are kind of big pills for people who have issues with swallowing pills (I do not). I get hot flashes about every 1 to 2 hours per day that last for a new minutes at a time and they wake me up usually 2 to 3 times during the night where I am sweating all over. I have a taken these for 28 days (2 days left in the bottle) I believe that since starting these to almost a month in that the flashes seem more tolerable. I wake up usually once or twice a night, but it is more tolerable, as in, less sweating, and I have had one or two nights of not waking up at all. Are these pills doing anything after almost a month? Possibly, but its hard to say. Could be that I need another month before I see even better results than the 'more tolerable', but that being said, there has been some improvement. While I wish they were gone, some improvement is better than none. Some of the reviews said they saw results within a week or two and that was not my experience. Everyone is different, though. Prior to trying these, I would say about 2 months ago, I had tried Pycnogenol. My hot flashes were less intense back then, and I had no night sweats. After taking Pycnogenol for a month, the hot flashes eventually went away completely. Those hot flashes were a lot less intense than what I have now, and again, no way of knowing whether Pycnogenol worked or if it was coincidence, but I want to try those again to see if they do.

I've been suffering from many symptoms, particularly hot flashes and night sweats. This product really helped with the both! My hot flashes have decreased by 75%! They don't come as often, aren't as strong and don't last as long! The night sweats are about 1/2 as bad as they used to be but i am sleeping on a temperpedic pad and that does hold heat. I'm on my second bottle and will continue to use. I was really surprised that it stared to work with in a day of taking it...no word of a lie! I couldn't believe it but it started working that fast for me! I haven't noticed it working on my other symptoms but the two I mentioned are ones i was struggling with the most so I'm very happy!

Unfortunately, in 2 weeks' time I did not see a difference as the advertisement stated. I am still having hot flashes like clockwork.

This actually helped. My menopause was sudden due to surgery, so symptoms were also sudden. And quite unpleasant. MD's talked about hormones but I shared their concerns about the associated risks. They recommended two supplements that did not help. A friend kept pushing me to try this. I finally decided that the only risk with trying it was wasting my money. It's a very good product. It took a couple of weeks, but it has helped a lot. I am not sleeping with the air conditioner on anymore. And I AM sleeping. Hot flashes are practically gone. When my husband saw the near empty bottle in the bathroom, he offered to go online and buy me more. I guess that means it really is working!
