The shape was smudged.
The product was smudged. Please make sure the cap structure is retained next time.

Shipping was handled poorly.
The hat itself was legit and authentic but I am really unhappy of how I received it. It was shipped within an enveloped. And as to be expected, the hat was flattened and deformed. Very disappointed. They should at least shipped it in a box.

Perfect right out of the package
Love the Flexfit caps, have done for many, many years and the Ultrafibre Airmesh is perfect straight out of the packaging. The regular caps are great as well but they take a long time to fight right and they end up fitting loose after a while. This one fits super comfortable and you can’t even see that it’s mesh from a meter or so away.
