Ultra Balm (Ling Nam) 70ml.

My mom asked me to order 2 jars for her as picking up my very fat 5 month old is putting some strain on her shoulders and back. The package arrived promptly but one jar had a defective lid and all the contents leaked out and melted and it was a huge mess. Fortunately the other jar was intact and only the box and label were soaked with contents from the broken jar so my mom got some product. I tried some too because I got ointment everywhere while cleaning. It has a pleasant burn when rubbed in and my shoulders felt less tight the next day. Also, the seller promptly refunded once I contacted them and send the photos. However they asked the product to be returned which didn’t make much sense as there is no way to reuse or resell - seems a waste of resources to ask me to return an empty jar and ointment soaked box.

A friend of mine turned me on to this product. I loved it, however, her bottle had expired a couple of years ago and still worked great. I ordered a new bottle and love it. My man coaches basketball, plays men's league basketball, and softball. He has had injuries and surgeries over the years and continues to love to play at almost 50. I am a hairstylist on my feet all day. When we hurt this is the first thing we grab. Will order it again, but not for some time as a little goes a long way and a bottle lasts a long time. Wonderful product!

Each purchase was promptly filled with the product and quantity ordered, at the price agreed, and shipped via USPS. This glass-jar product was bubbled wrapped in an appropriate sized carton and mailed on Sunday/Monday 1/26 and received in New York on Wednesday, 1/29/2014.

This is like a miracle cream!! Im on my feet alot and will get occasional pain and tension in my foot. I put this stuff on and within a few hours or by the next morning its gone! Works great for when you over used a muscle from working out and feel sore.I have also used this on mosquito bites and burns and it helps tremendously.

Works well! Bought for my girlfriend since she always has headaches and its helped her a bit. She has another cream similar to the smell which is like eucalyptus, so it had the same effect. Very good
