It works and 5% is freakin aweeesooome!This company delivers quality; I have used some of their other products. It appears their professional attitude is conscientious, meaning they care to deliver their best, it’s an attitude thing, you either care or you don’t care! They seem to care! Read the body language of companies/businesses, all the way from presentations, packaging, descriptions! I can quickly wield out the average to below average businesses/products. This is an excellent company, and I am thorough but fair in my assessments. However, I do not compromise on standards when it comes to supplements.Ok, for starters, anyone selling black seed oil must state upfront the % of thymoquinone on their product, don’t make search hard to find this information, it is not fair and it shows right away the character of that business, which is tendency towards concealment of information. This company states upfront and visibly the 5% thymoquinone content, and so I can decide very quickly. Thank you for that!This product delivers great health. I believe I would have come down with a cold weeks ago if I wasn’t taking black seed oil: I was sneezing for days, but no aches or discomfort. I knew I picked up something, and that something couldn’t plant roots in my system. That tells me a lot!Please never ever consider changing the taste to please any audience of sweet tooth addicts! The taste is pungent as it should be, it’s natural, but the benefit very far outweigh this unpleasant taste. This pungent taste is a psychological sign of potency; that may not always be the case with all products, but the linkage in this case is exciting, it sets the right expectations!

Ok. The reviews about the horrible strong taste are absolutely correct. The only way I could get this down is with a tablespoon of honey. I think that completely defeats the purpose of weight loss. Instead, I started using it topically on my face. I highly recommend it for that. It might reduce the inflammation internally but I can't get past the taste. When I would just down it with the honey, I was probably doing more harm than good with adding more inflammation LOL. Because of the taste I never took it regularly, so I never felt the internal benefits.

I was really looking forward to trying this black seed oil, especially given the promising health benefits it offers for both humans and dogs. I specifically chose this product because of its high thymoquinone (TQ) content, which is hard to find—especially in tincture form. Unfortunately, the actual product was a major letdown from the moment I opened the package.As soon as I opened the bottle, I noticed the oil looked clumpy and had an off-putting appearance. It wasn’t smooth or pourable—just thick, congealed, and frankly, nasty looking. There was no way to get anything into the dropper; it was completely unusable in that state.The packaging recommended refrigerating the product, so I followed the instructions, even though I had a gut feeling it would make things worse. And it did. The oil became even thicker and more solidified in the fridge, making it completely impossible to use. At that point, I couldn’t even stomach the thought of ingesting it or giving it to my dog.It's really unfortunate because I wanted to like this product. I believe in the benefits of black seed oil, and finding a high TQ version is rare—but the quality and consistency of this bottle were unacceptable. Whether it was a bad batch or poor storage instructions, the result was the same: unusable and unpleasant.Bottom line: I absolutely cannot recommend this product. It was a waste of money, and a disappointment considering the potential it had.**UPDATE** The company did reach out and provide me with a refund which was not an option previously. I did appreciate this since the product was not cheap.

Bought this because I'm helping a friend quit opiates and I read that this stuff can help with the withdrawal symptoms, and he said it helped a ton and it's one of a few different things we used to help him through it, he's still sober currently thankfully and this stuff was at least part of how he got there. it smells very strong though and tastes just as strong so if you're planning on taking this as a supplement, definitely keep that in mind and think about the fact you're not just going to be able to mix this into something without it completely changing the taste and smell of it.

Excellent product, alleviated my breathing problems and reduced my body aches and pains deriving from 6 spinal cord surgeries.

After having taken this for three months, I was curious about the impact it would have on the numbers in my bloodwork when seeing my doctor for my wellness visit. As it turns out, my thyroid numbers are perfect (I do need to state that I also take medication for it as well and we were struggling with getting the dosage right after my thyroid arbitrarily decided it was no longer happy with the dose I'd been taking for years!). He also stated that my kidney function was the best he'd seen (for me) and I've been going to this guy for three years at least.Now the flip side. My A1C and my LDL cholesterol didn't improve, but they weren't any worse either, for that matter. But, that just means I'll need to "rein it in" where my diet is concerned. I was a little disappointed that these numbers weren't affected, yet still happy that I won't need to go on medication for them.Finally, for those of you giving this product a 1-star rating due only to the taste, SHAME ON YOU for not doing your research!!! I researched for months before deciding to give this a try and knew what I was getting into! It smells and tastes like kerosene so when I take it, I have a drink on hand to chase it down. Easy peasy. So my recommendation for those considering this product is, think first about the taste. If you can't handle it, get the caplets and save your negative reviews for something worthy of one!

Just received yesterday and I can already tell this stuff is extra potent due to the hint of transmission fluid smell 🤭it gives off. I was undecided about which black seed oil I should get based on advertisements of the ones with 4.64%. I can tell this stuff is going to run 🏃🏽‍♀️ whatever parasites 🦠 and critters out of my system, they won’t stand a chance with this stuff. The taste and smell is not acquiring at all but that maybe a good thing. I’m also praying 🙏🏽 that this takes away the inflammation in my back that I’ve been dealing with due to being rear ended a couple months ago. We shall see how this goes😬

Too bitter to take directly better in capsules. Don't recommend this at all.
