Is a Godsend. According to research it is for short term use for acute bouts only, as your body will develop a tolerance to it. I've had depression for 35 years and was on all sorts of meds. Got off meds and supplemented. Was okay until this last bout. Nothing like it before. Scary. NADH saved me.
