I have used this multi vitamin for 6 months. The ingredients are extensive and high quality. I enjoy it is organic vitamins. I like how the Omegas are plant based. While this includes all vitamins needed, it appears to add more supplements that support nails hair and skin. The taste is yummy, and I can eat it on an empty stomach because it is real food!!!!

Taste isn't bad at all. Easy to consume and you only need a standard 30ML of it. Going good so far

The taste is like a semi-thick juice. I personally mox mine with cranberry juice. We like it so much that we set up a subscription because it is much cheaper than buying the same item in store. I have been taking a high quality greens powder for many years. I could tell a difference if I didn’t take it for several days. I am long fasting and needed to find an alternative that wouldn’t disrupt my system while fasting. I decided to take half a dose (1 tablespoon) in the morning and half a dose in the late afternoon. I can tell a difference within 20 min! My son was having trouble focusing on school work and wanted to take a nap and so I gave him half a dose. 20 minutes later O asked if he was going to take a nap. He said no I feel good, I am going to keep working on school work. :)My next purchase I will get a monthly subscription.
