Review: Great Hip Thrust and Squat Pad - The pad works great for heavy hip thrusts and high neck squats. Easy to set up on the bar and comfortable to use. Good thickness but not so thick you can’t set up properly. I bring this pad to my local Planet Fitness and people ask me where I got it. Definitely an upgrade over the pads they have for general use. Would recommend for any serious gym goer.

It’s strong, the straps hold the foam tightly to the bar and it is a great help for my neck and pelvic area when doing squats and thrusts. I tried two other brands/styles before this and they just don’t even come close. I wish the straps were attached so they would not fall off or get lost when not in use but being detached also gives everyone position flexibility. I still give it 5-stars!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Hip Thrust and Squat Pad

The pad works great for heavy hip thrusts and high neck squats. Easy to set up on the bar and comfortable to use. Good thickness but not so thick you can’t set up properly. I bring this pad to my local Planet Fitness and people ask me where I got it. Definitely an upgrade over the pads they have for general use. Would recommend for any serious gym goer.
