Great product time will tell if they help

Easy to swallow, great value for the price.

It's not possible to test these really,so all I can say is it is a huge bottle, holding more than a years supply, with all the main vitamins and minerals, in a large, but easily swallowed tablet. My only criticism is that there is no dessicant in the bottle and as it has to last a year that surprises me. However I had some of the small barrel desiccants so I popped 1 in the bottle. Decent price for how many you get though.

I receive my one on the 23rd of May from that day I start taking it but honestly it does working for me thing I'm not supposed to do it before now I start doing it I feel absolutely amazing I got my energy back but I don't know who's been created that but well done to that person and to that company I recommend people to take it you will not gonna be regret if that can work for me it can work for everybody thank you so so much❤️💙💛💚

Good product

I attempt to take 1 tablet a day as recommended, but the pills are quite large. While I have found them easy enough to break in 2, I find them less easy to swallow even in the smaller pieces, as there is little to no coating on them. If you don't succeed in swallowing them in the first try, the pills stats to dissolve, which is not the nicest taste nor texture. Therefore some days I only get half a pill.I will continue to try these for another couple of months, but if they don't become easier to take, I would have to say that I wouldn't recommend this specific product

Good size,helps prevent leg cramps during sleep

Received my order in less than 24hrs after ordering. I bought this product due to the positive reviews. I was looking for something to help with recovery after working out in the gym. Time will tell how effective it is. 4 stars for value and service.
