These lozenges out perform any lozenge ever made for totally opening the sinuses.

Not a harsh menthol.
These little drops give one the utmost relief for a short period of time; not a harsh menthol, refreshing and smooth on the throat. Interestingly, I've had a couple so far that had more of a taste of honey than menthol. So far still delicious and helpful.
