Henschel HatsHenschel Aussie Breezer Hat

It took a lot of searching to find the perfect hat for me and I'm so glad I got this one! My old fishing hat was hot to wear in the scorching Texas sun and heat so this is a pleasant welcome addition to my summer gear! I love that the mesh goes all the way around my head so I get the ultimate cooling effect! It's wide brimmed which I love that style because it really helps keep the sun off of my face and neck. It arrived in a big box so it wasn't crushed or bent in any way. I really appreciated that! I was dreading having to reshape it if it arrived deformed. Shipping was fast too. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the quality of this hat! It seems very durable and I'm sure it will last a long time!

I'll start by saying that I'm not a hat guy. Usually the only time I wear one is if it's raining; I'm mowing; or it's really cold. But I'm fair-skinned and need to take precautions in this Southern sun, so I took a chance on this one.I think the hat looks great, and actually looks surprisingly good on me. Just a tiny bit large on me, but I'm sure a Medium would be too tight. So I'm happy with the hat. The hat itself would get a 5-star rating.But I was rather shocked and disappointed that it was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag instead of a box. I had read other reviews that it was shipped in a nice box. So mine arrived crushed fairly badly.Fortunately I was able to get it back to it's original shape. The front curve of the brim is a little off-center, but I guess I can live with that. It just seems a shame that they don't ship it in some kind of hat box.EDIT: After having the Khaki hat for several weeks, I liked it so much that I bought another one in Green. The Green one came in a nice box, so I'm updating my review to 5 Stars. And that's quite good considering I've never been much of a hat guy!

This hat is perfect in every way, especially for hiking and other outdoor public gatherings like state fairs.

I measured my head then ordered the size and it worked out swimmingly. The hat is comfortable and I got compliments on how well it looks on me. The lanyard(?) to keep the hat from flying away on a windy day is... not super elegant. I never needed it so it's in the way every time I put the hat on or storing it, yet I might need it one day so cannot be removed.

Received all rolled up but after 10 minutes it looks like that never happened. Needed a hat that I can wear in windy weather and this was perfect. All the other full brim hats I have don’t have chin strap. Well made very sturdy.
