Cheap plastic lenses and frames = Tat

One side screw tight and other side not. Not bad for 12$ But screw not even fully tight. I tried to tighten it but no luck- jammed.

I bought these glasses specifically to drive with zero windshield glare. And these deliver! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, arriving with a case, glasses wrapped in two layers of protective plastic, a quality micro fiber cloth, and even a metal plate to demonstrate the polarization effect. These glasses look smart, not oversized and rounded. The subtle satin black bands around the limbs are more class than flash. I love that there are no chrome decorations near the lenses themselves like so many knock off shades. These appear to be very reasonably sound for the price point. It's a plastic on plastic hinge with a screw, but the screws are tight, and the price certainly speaks for that. The polarization works marvously, eliminating even the worst dash glare. I was more than pleased with the performance of the lenses. When I first received them, I noticed what looked like four large scratches on each lens, which turned out to simple be oil residue that wiped right off. I will say, these lenses are VERY THIN, so don't horse around and expect the glasses to survive a fall... They probably won't. All that aside, I would HIGHLY recommend these to anyone on a budget or otherwise. For the price, you won't find a better pair! (In the pictures I show a picture of the metal plate without polarization, and then the metal plate taking a picture through the lens of the glass)

Sunnies are alright, not mat black..., high gloss black and didn't come with box or protector case just a plastic sleeve.

It's harder to find decent quality shades for less than $20 these days. This pair is better than my $25 foster grants that I love. At $10, these are incredible. The build quality is solid. The fit and comfort is great. It's lightweight enough for driving. They look good. The lenses are also highly polarized. I can actually see farther with more clarity which helps a lot when driving.
