Will this work with the ring floodlight cam?

It’s been awhile since I bought this, but I think I did get it to be an unobtrusive mount for the camera, on my clapboard wall. Sorry I’m not more positive.

Do I need to caulk around the outside of this if installing on an exterior stucco wall?

I would definitely caulk around it, your stucco siding is designed to not have any punctures in to the building envelope without sealing in/around any perforations.

Will this work with the ring floodlight cam?

Works great with Ring

8-32 Screws

Went with this because I wanted a black electrical box. This does not come with any hardware, although some comments say it does - my purchase did not come with any screws. I saw someone say they used 10-32 screws, this did not work for me. I used 8-32 (I believe quarter or half inch) and this worked!! Putting 8-32 in the title so this hopefully helps someone else!!

Hard to find a black electrical box. This box costs a bit more than the ones you find in Home Depot or Lowe’s but worth the extra costs to get it in black.
