We use these all the time, the gallon size as well. When I find a decent price, I buy them. It's cheaper than going to the Stated, as I cannot find them here in Canada. They work very well.

We use these bags for lots of things and not just food storage, although that's their main purpose. They are good, but not great at keeping stuff sealed up and tidy after the original package fails, like for cold-cuts, chips, etc. The only complaint that I'd have, if I had to think of one, is that it doesn't block odors that great when the food being stored has a strong odor -- like onions. For onions, I always use two bags and that works pretty well. What else is there to say. You can use these for your liquids when you go through TSA -- done that several times now without any cavity searches yet. Also, I've tried filling these up with water and freezing them to make cold-packs. It doesn't work. Maybe with the freezer variety, but still, you might make a mess. These in a bulk pack last for a long time and are a great value -- with Subscribe-n-Save, even better.

Hole between the blue slider and plastic , not sure if it’s only for this batch but opened 5 and all of it has a hole which makes it not air tight. Not happy with this purchase, can’t even store food in the freezer as the side seal are poorly made. only pro is the smooth slider and thick plastic which I high quality . Hope it’s only this batch

I love, love these bags more than Ziploc. They are easier to fill, easier to close and most of all easier to open without ripping the top apart. They seem to be working well for my freezer items and better than the other brands so I will be sticking to these for some time to come.
